Refund & Return Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Exchange
After receiving the product, if you find that the size is not suitable and you need to change to another size, please contact customer service to confirm the changed size again. When we receive the product, we confirm that the product is not damaged, and we will send out the product in the size you need within 48 hours.
Returns
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product.
